Are most of the blond Turkish people Irano Nordoid?

As I have observed, most blond Turkish people's faces resemble Irano Nordoid's:

No. They're not. They must be Kurds. Even if they're Turks, it could be a minority. There's no such a thing as natural blond Turkish( except some induvidial exceptions). Even induvidal exceptions are minority.

Actually i think that, most of them are really Irano-Nordoid.
But some of them has depigmented anatolian or east-european phenotypes.
For example: The founder of Turkey is mostly Alpine with light hair and pale skin and also there is too many example looks like him, which seenable around west Turkey.
