I don't mean Middle Eastern Americans but Middle Eastern DNA amongst its ethnicities.

Probably NY.
We work extra hard to hide our illegal alien population and purposely under-count them.
Brooklyn and parts of Queens look like a no-go zone.
The Bronx is pretty funky too.

Who is there that would make this so?

I was thinking NJ or NY for all the Jews and Italians. People of direct MENA ancestry are few in the US overall also but NYC or Chicago might have the most.
Michigan or Arizona. Most Assyrian-Americans live there.

The Dearborn area has lots of Lebanese and Assyrian people, along with muslims all around the world.

Yeah, if you count Italians and Jews.
NY by far is the most MENA in the USA.

The question is asking total MENA DNA not necessarily MENA people. It could include Latinos, certain Europeans, Jews.

Wasn't it the center of the Christian Lebanese community at first? I guess it was much better back then.
