He wouldn't stick out among Jews in general, especially among the Sphardic and Ashkenazi Jews. I'd say pigmented Atlanto-Med.

He's just extremely tanned. I've gotten about as dark with enough sun screen and tanning. Here's a pic of him at the 2010 European Swimming Championship without the tan, I don't think he looks Jewish.

I just said that he can pass for a western Jew. I didn't meant that he looks Jewish or whatever. I should have clarified on that.
