Currently the governor of Wisconsin, he is the first of the candidates running against President Trump to call it quits. He is of fully Anglo descent, as far as I know. How would you classify him and where does he pass best?

I agree with Atlantid. Unsure if I'd say he has Alpine influence, but anywhere from Britain to Spain, he'd be in the range of "decently typical" IMO.
