Well in Manila Jollibee and McDonald's are battling it out. There's that half of the population that prefer McDonald's over the local equivalent which is Jollibee though. I'm more of a McDonald's guy myself.

It's basically Filipino McDonald's/fast-food lol.

Daly City is mixed, part of it is a nice suburb, other half is ghetto or more working class. It's still expensive as hell because of its location though.

I like the fried chicken the most.

True. In Manila the young Pinoy kids usually tend to prefer Jollibee over McDonald's is what I've heard.

For a real Filipino restaurant go to Manam, Kanin Club, or Gerry's Grill.
