Just looks like a regular Tungid. Were you expecting something different? What do you mean his hair looks strange?

Oh, nevermind about that. It was just a weird uneven haircut; and I guess Mongoloid hair structure is naturally sort of different.

Are these Tuvan Turks also Tungid types? I'm not really that familiar with these typologies

Are they more Siberian or Central Asian? Is there heavy overlap between the two peoples? They have some pretty rad throat singing
