I'm half Romanian and half Italian,but I share very little with my father.I'm 176-177cm tall,I have dark brown hair/light brown (depends on the lightning)and hazel eyes.

You look different in the last pic. Agree with Gorid(plus some Pontid influence maybe), i think you would pass better as Romanian than Italian.

So am I a mutt or can I consider myself a pure European?(racially speaking)
If for example I had same facial features,but with light eyes and hair would I be considered Baltic?(I took those photos with the flash,usually my skin is light,the nose and cheeks are a bit rosy though,but not as light as a Nordic of course)

Pure European, for sure. You look much more Romanian than Italian. For classification, mainly Alpine, minor Pontid perhaps.
