Yes they are true whites for sure. 2% is insignificant and irrelevant

A person of the New World has to be 90% or least of the least 7/8 European to be considered "White" or one of my own.

But then again I'm starting to think that this should be applied to several Ashkenazi/Sephardi Jews and a few Syrian/Lebanese/Turkish persons.

In a personal estimate of mine there must be currently some 1.1 Billion Whites and 2 Billion full Caucasians.

I have seen white SA 23andme results with 5% ssa. They can also score south asian and southeast asian. I remember there was thread made by Kazimiera I think and one White SA had 6% south asian. I will try to find the thread.
