They are from different systems. The only way to equate them is to consider them all as just Mediterraneans.

“Saharid” and “East Mediterranean” are from Lundman.

“Orientalid” and other types such as “Eurafrikanid” and “Berberid” are from Knussman and v.Eickstedt and something very similar is from Biasutti.
