Ok, not easy to classify from those videos, I actually know how they looked since have seen the members on local TV or magazines.

I googled Locomia and they are started in 83. Doce started in 79, so they are not a version of anything, much less of that spanish group.

I don't really give a damn about who started earlier. They reminded me to Locomia, and I just wanted to make a joke about it, and that's it. Chill out man!
