With all due respect, "Norwegians" in the ethnic racial sense don't exhibit black hair and eyes. Such phenotypes would be the result of lappid or med admixture, or in this case of Jordan Peterson; because he is a mixoid american. As for Peterson... although he has dark hair and hazel eyes, general appearance impression is North-European to me, he doesn't look like Italian, Iberian etc. His hair (cineritious, not black or dark brown) pigmentation fits in Scandinavian spectre.
