Herzegovinian Croat warlord. Some sort of Cromagnoid/Borreby, maybe slight Dinarid.

Alpinid and Dinarid I guess.

Not so, look at his jaws, they are not reduced like in Alpinids, but Cromagnoid, he's somewhat part alpinised probably (brachycephalised?).

Alpinids are Cromagnid derived, and they all don't look like infantile peasants. For Borreby, his head isn't wide enough. He looks rather small here as well.

Warlord. Was convicted in Haage for war crimes and received 18 years in prison.

Alpinids are Cromagnid derived, and they all don't look like infantile peasants.
They do, if they are more robust and with some CM influences then they are classified as robust Alpinoids, if they are good part CM, Cromagno-Alpinoids, Borreby and finally Cromagnids proper.

Yes not quite tall around 1.75 m though you have to take into consideration that he was born in 1946 and that people were shorter in his generation. And height is not an absolute indicator, more important are facial/cranial traits.
As for cranial breath it can vary obviously, but still no way can his mandibles, jawline be classified as Alpinid!! He seems to have a more robust body frame still.

Reminds me on Vuk Draskovic somewhat, Dinarid with Borreby-Alpinoid.

A very interesting face indeed. Cromagnoid + slight Dinarid would be my guess too. I think he is rather pleasant/friendly-looking, you say he's a warlord? Doesn't come across as one, more of a writer/professor type if you asked me.

Alpino-CM predominantly with minor Dinaroid influences possible.
