is he not too dark to be full norid?
Why? Dark/brown hair is a characteristic of Dinarids and also observed among Nordids despite the latter being predominantly blond, so mixed types can be either blonde/blond or brunette/brown-haired.

Is not norid= depigmented dinarid + nordid admixture? I mean norid depicted as blond to medium brown hair and light eyes Dinarids, sometimes with some nordid admixture. but could be just depigmented dinarid.

Norids are also often less brachycephalic than Dinarids proper.
In terms of cranium dimensions they lie between Nordids and Dinarids proper.
Norids really have Nordid admixture.
On the other hand, Baskids of Southwestern Europe are themselves pretty often light-haired and light-eyed even without Nordic influence.
Baskids are often blond and sometimes prone to rufosity. They often have CM admix.
