She looks, to me, to be somewhere on the Alpinoid/Borreboid continuum. Which given her hometown (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wyomissing) is something I see every time I go into town. I don't think she looks uncommon for the region at all really.

I think she looks Finnish. But her last name is Irish/English/Scottish and so is her mom's last name was Finlay so I can't imagine where the northeast European look comes from.

Her father seems to be Borreby, her mother has a very Baltid appearance on the first picture. However, it could also be a very broad version of Alpinid with Nordid influence, so what seems "Baltid" at first sight could just be individual variation.

Taylor Swift seems to be Borreby with (pseudo-?; see above) Baltid and Nordid influence. Alternative is Westbaltid, but she seems to gracile for that (it best shows on the picture showing her in front of the red background).
