The white ones would fit the best in Iberia and/or Italy, but lots of them could also pass reasonably unnoticed in many European countries, and among white North Americans. They could also fit perfectly in Argentina/Uruguay, and among the minority, but sizable white population of other Latin American countries like Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Paraguay, Chile, etc.

The Euro-mestizo ones could easily pass in North/Western Mexico, Costa Rica, the Colombian/Venezuelan Andes, Paraguay, Chile and the Argentinean interior. They could also pass, but not as very typical, in the rest of Venezuela (out of the Andes) and El Salvador.

Some few triracial/mulatto pardos here and there in the video, would only pass in circum Caribbean countries like Cuba, Puerto Rico, DR, Panama, Venezuela and coastal Colombia, aside from Brazil, of course.

They look like northern Italians first to me, which could mean ancestry from there. Some look Iberian but not homogeneously as a group by any means.

White Paulistas are mainly a mix of North Italians, Iberians, South Italians with some lebanese and german contribution. So makes sense they look north italian as an average, they are very southwest european.

Few cities has more people that can pass in Europe than Sao Paulo. Maybe SP is not the first, but easily in the top3. Whites phenotypes in Sao Paulo city are almost the entire population of New York, the largest american city with 8 milion people.
