The iberian gaucho input in Southen Brazil is mainly azorean and spanish. I would like to know from where is this spanish input? Castile? Also, does gauchos argentines have azorean input? Uruguayans have for shore.

Yes, they look mixed. But I would like to know if they are 45% azorean, 25% castelans and 30% american.

More likely the input is from andalucia, extremadura and canarias, but there are many gauchos with surnames like pereira, moreira, silva.
