Yeah I have seen Okinawans and they clearly partially Austronesian or Southeast Asian. They tend to be darker than typical Japanese, but given their location that should not be strange

I don't think so, look at crowd photos and videos of Japan. I don't know who this Simmons person is but I can tell she's part sub-saharan black as opposed to broad featured dark mongoloid.

I agree that in half of those pics she could not pass at all. But there are a couple pics where she could pass in Okinawa or some parts of Southern Japan, but it's partly because of the makeup and grooming.
