No. More than an average afghan but not 100%. There is no pure indo-iranian left. Whitest Afghans score only half North European of what Scythians used to score. Pure Indo-Iranian would look legit North European.

This is a myth that has been circling in anthrofora for a while, falsely invented because once Andronovo DNA was sequenced, thet were found to be blonde and fairskin, and since it was at one point speculated that the Andronovo were the ancestors of the Indo-Iranians, then the original Indo Iranians were white and Northern European looking.
