Clasify Joe Arpaio (sorry, he's fairly old)

Just curious how you would classify him and where you think he passes. He is of fully southern Italian descent as both of his parents were born in Lacedonia, Avellino, which is in interior Campania.

He was a well known sheriff of Maricopa County (where Phoenix, Arizona is) for almost 25 years, before recently losing his reelection bid for sheriff.

If he has borreby, I think that probably is Balkan Borreby.
I know that phenotype is from balkanite/dinaric countries but for any reason in south Italy is not rare that subrace.
