Spaniards (due to heavy North African admixture)
Finns (due to Irano-Mongoloid admixture)
Greeks (due to heavy Caucasian admixture)
Albanians (due to heavy Caucasian admixture)
Italians (due to Caucasian admixture)

I would say Spaniards. What do you think?

Finns I guess.

The most extreme polar opposites would be Finns and southern Italians.

In a southern direction, Greek Islands (Dodecanese).

Greek Islands to be honest.

The Aegean islands are similar to southern Italy. The Dodecanese are similar to some parts of Calabria, and Crete is pretty much similar to Sicily. According to Sarno et al, Greek islanders fall into two different southern Italian clusters, one shared with Trapani and Apulia, and the other with Calabria and Sicily.

Dodecanese can reach higher level of CHG/East Med.

They are still within the southern Italian plotting range, because even if the Caucasian is higher, they have less SW Asian/Natufian type DNA which pulls them back toward Europe. Dodecanese are still closer to southern Italy than any mainland Greek population is.

One of the 3 green dots is Dodecanese.

Ok, but in that PCA Island Greece is the most southern shifted European sample. And among Greek islanders Dodecanese are those more southern.

It might be if you consider the south Italian sample includes people who are less southern shifted. Of the three green dots, the one who is toward the north of the south Italian cluster are Cretans, the one toward the middle is Dodecanese, and the one that is toward the southern corner is Cypriots.

But overall the difference between southern Italians and Aegean islanders is negligible. For every Dodecanese that is outlying you could find someone in Calabria who is the same.

Ok, but a southern Italian average doesn't equal to outlying Calabrians.

The Aegean islands average is also not people from Rhodes.

Obviously you have never seen a genetic PCA plot ever in your life.

Finns on a global scale.
