How admixed are Balkan people's? We know that it can vary from a person to person scale, but generally if we were to group Balkan South Slavs, and Albanian-Greeks how on average are they admixed with other's compared to their original ancestral DNA? If we were to put it into a percentage what would it look like?

If we take Mycenaeans as the base for what the ancient Balkans were like, then all modern Balkanites have additional near eastern ancestry, more so for Greeks and Albanians than Slavs. Another way of steppe related ancestry entered the peninsula sometime after the Mycenaeans but before the Slavs. This is clear as Greek islanders and Sicilians show this extra steppe. Finally, south Slavs have inherited around half of their genome from the original Slavs whereas for Greeks and Albanians its somewhere around 15-30% depending on the individual.

But what specific eastern and steppe ancestry in Albanians-Greeks? How did they arrive?

Well, idk how accurate it is but Kurd from Anthro created a new ancient admix calculator, based on all collected samples to date. Here is mine for comparison. Its on geneplaza.
It is pixelated as fuck, for some reason.

I see that neolithic admixture is most prevalent. Who exactly were the Neolithic peoples, were they Balkaners? There is still so much to find out about them, and the Balkans civilizations of the past.
