From immigration records i know where the wife is from.
The husband im not so sure about, but i have a good idea.

They look British or Germans. A lot of American immigrants were German. Very West European looking in any case

The woman is from Ireland with a Irish surname.
The man I'm not positive about but I think his family is from England. He has an English surname as well.
