No. We don't have all phenotypes, most North Europeans don't pass actually, only some Turks might be looking psuedo-Northerners but actually having just light Turkish phenotype.

Turks are diverse, but there is a limit of this diversity.

They COULD i think, but i have like a burnt in image that Turks most of the time either have dark brown hair or black. Because i also have a Turkish friend and he has black eyes/black hair.

dunno about that. turks here used to have habit of posting scandinavian looking turks before.
