By all things, I mean including genetics, history, language, religion, culture, phenotype, etc...

I voted Poles.

Dunno about this one, but I know for the fact that Brits are closer to French than to Germans.

Why do you say that?

Brits and Germans are both NW Euros, mostly Protestant, and speak a West Germanic language.

British genetic is completely native celtic, language and culture is strongly French influenced.
Normans from France ruled Britain in middle ages.

British genetics are heavily Germanicized, and the language is just as Germanic as it is French.

The culture is not French-influenced almost at all.

There is SOME Germanic DNA in the entire British Isles, but more Celtic.

Add up "Belgian" plus "French" plus "Spanish" here and it should give a reliable estimate of pre-Germanic ancestry.

The Irish are almost as Germanic as the English, though it is mostly by way of Norway and not Denmark/Germany unlike England.

This is only true autosomally. Irish have much less I1 than Brits.

Autosomal DNA is what matters.

Autosomal DNA is what matters.

I'd say they both matter equally.

I don't know if we are looking at the same pic. England seems significantly more Germanic than any parts of Britain with the excpetion of Orkney.
