I voted evil.

As being ''evil'' will that mean it is worse or better than this one?

The UN is evil, the LoN was just ineffective.

Unsophisticated black and white thinking is part of the inferior anti-intellectual American tradition.The biggest anti-intellectuals are republicans. You are reminding me of the George Bush era dividing the world into good/evil.

Ok. I guess first one is ''evil'' if we think about this unfair detail:

''The Security Council's five permanent members, listed below, have the power to veto any substantive resolution''

* US
* UK
* Chine
* France
* Russia

The organization was created to ensure world peace and cooperation between countries in the spheres of economy, social development, human rights and other important spheres.

However, like any organization, the UN may have its shortcomings and problems, in particular related to the efficiency and transparency of its activities. Also, some countries can use the UN for their own political purposes, which can lead to conflicts and annexations.

So, the answer to the question of good or evil depends on specific situations and evaluations of its activity in each specific case.
