Why are Finns not darker than Swedes and Norwegians?

As far as I know, Finns have considerable amount of Irano-Mongol admixture in them. Therefore, you would expect them to be darker than Swedes and Norwegians but they are not. Why?

Swedes & Norwegians are light because of Finnic admixture.

Lightest Scandinavians are South Swedes/South Norwegians and Danes. No Finnic input there at all.

Anyways I don't think 6-7% Siberian auDNA really changes anything in looks.
