that is a Dinarid nose, not proper Roman

That's hardly a Roman nose. In any case, closer to a false stereotype than to a historical truth.

An Roman emperor with that kind of nose was Constantine, but he was not an ethnic Roman of Italic stock. Costantine was half Illyrian half from Asia Minor.

Also his father (Constantius Chlorus), who was of fully Illyrian stock born in Dardania modern-day Balkans, had also that kind of nose
