I think they might pass. The only difference is pigmentation.

A more important one is cephalic index. Dinarids are brachy, whereas Iranids are dolicho.

Eyes are different. Iranid doesn't look European at all.

At least, Iranid is metrically similar to Keltic Nordid.

I have measured myface and crania, then it said my type is Iranid. Then, it told me that I resemble this figure the most, which is a Keltic Nordid type:
