Help for Laowhy86 on YouTube!

Hey guys, I am laowhy86 from YouTube, and I am putting together a video about my wife and I and our DNA/ancestry. We did 23 and me, then used the raw data on multiple things like gedmatch etc.
I also managed to finish my family tree on ancestry, but there are a couple things that don't make sense.
I'd really appreciate you guys who have way more experience than I do have a look at some of my data to more closely figure out what I actually am.

your results seem to show that you are very Northern European, my guess would be 3/4 Irish/British and 1/4 German

Yeah that is why I am confused. I finished our family tree, and my mothers DNA, and she ended up being nearly 100% German, with a bit of French, also confirmed from immigration documents. Father came back 50% Irish and British, and 50% from Germany, all confirmed by documents as well. So It wouldn't make sense to me that I ended up 3/4 British and Irish. Any ideas?

I think a preliminary guess is that you would be Northern European/Germanic and your wife is Cantonese.

Maybe their German is from West Germany who are very close to the British genetically. The Anglo Saxon came from that area roughly
