But I don't really think I'm that fat, I'm less fat than most adult men in America.

But my BMI is only like 29-30, and I know that is officially "overweight", but really, it's just a normal weight.

I only look a little fat, you couldn't even tell unless I was naked.

But it's a cultural difference. In Romania, it's considered good to be skinny, but in America, fat is the normal.

Every stereotypical suburban dad is fat on TV, for example.

without pictures its hard to say Bobby, I say fat and overweight maybe pushing towards obese, even a man at 5'11 and 95kg would be fucking huge if it was muscle. This man is same weight as you and 1.88cm and he is a swimmer

Some of these inject needles with Testosterone to get big and HGH to get lean past their teens. Not a fair comparison.

210lbs = 15 stone.

You also have to take into consideration how much of that weight consists of lean muscle mass - especially when you're a bloke - because my boyfriend is 5'10" and 16 stone (which is about twice my weight) but I don't see any flab on him at all though - he has very large and hard solid muscles on his biceps from years of lifting weights and from taking lots of very long and fast walks regularly, etc.

Your not really really fat but unless you are a heavily muscled body builder at 95 kg you are overweight for your age.
Im around your height and when I was 20yo i weighed around 70kg.
Most men put weight in their 30's and 40's if they dont eat well because the body's metabolism slows down.
But to be 95kg at 20yo means you eat too much and dont get enough physical activity.

It's incredibly difficult to get fat during the teens. The Human Growth Hormone production is the highest by then which aid the fatburning process like hell.

Conclusion: Bobby Martnen is extremely lazy and eats junkfood & doughnuts all day everyday.

It's fucking astounding how you can be obese at that age.

These guys are about the same height and weight as the OP:

Those gynecomastia surgical scars are visible above the nipples if you aren't blind, which indicates he went through an incorrect Testosterone cycle. This size is not naturally gained through swimming.

It's okay to be fat.

Don't focus on being skinny and dieting, for dieting will just make you fatter.

Instead, fcus on eating whole, clean foods and doing exercise. Focus on feeling heatlhy and being healthy and not on how you look.

Try low carb, moderate protein and high fats diet, intermittent fasting and do sprinting and full body exercises. Drink much water to speed up your metabolism. You can also start your day with half or whole lemon squeezed in a glass of water. It is considered that the lemon gives extra boost to the metabolism.

American foods are full of carbohydrates and that's why the US is the fattest nation. Every time a person eats high carbohydrate foods his insulin levels spike up and when insulin levels are high, fat burn is slowed down. Basically, if someone wants to become fat he should eat high carb foods in short intervals. In ancient times people didn't have access to that amount of carbohydrates and the cravings that we have for them are because carbs were a very precious resource when we evolved. Today you can go to the store and buy as many breads and fruits as you want, but 10k years ago fruits were wild and not that sugary and every kind of fruit was available for less than a month until the next year. Excess protein can also end up in the fat storage though and that's why it should be eaten in moderation. Eating more fats for weight loss sounds like a contradiction because of the name "fat", but it actually makes sense. Here's an article on that topic https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/how-eating-more-fat-helps-you-lose-more-weight.html

My experience with low carb + intermittent fasting made me lose 5 kilograms for ~4 weeks, even though I started it to treat acne( it definitely helped ) and didn't want to lose weight. Also you don't need to starve yourself or reach ketosis by eating extremely low amount of carbs . From what I've read, you need to go under 30g of carbs a day to reach ketosis. Some say that ketosis is miracle and makes them feel energetic and others say it's shit and made them feel drained. I'm sure I've never went below 30g a day and still lost a good amount of weight. Also if you want to try it, don't go from 300g to 30g in one day. Your body will be like "WTF?! Where are my carbohydrates??" and will give you "low carb flu". The "flu" can be "cured" with good hydration and small amount of salt.

I just realized that you didn't ask for weight loss tips, but I felt obliged to help :D Hope that some of the mentioned tips will serve you in the future :)

I'm 1,88 tall (6' 2'' feet) and i weight around 95/96 kg,most of people consider me overweight or fat, but consider i live in italy, where people tend to have a very healty diet.
In the USA a lot of people are extremly obese, that's why you aren't fat in USA, but you would definitly be fat in Italy.
I imagined you as a skinny guy for some reason...
