I could easily guess him as British, Dutch or Irish, so Northern.

Could probably fit but wouldn't be my first guess. Apart from nationalities I mentioned, I would guess him as French, German, Austrian, Hungarian and West Slavic before Scandinavian.

CM but south CM unmixed with all kind of Nordids and Steppe Warriors

Not Italian looking but If I had to choose obviously Northern Italy. I would guess Brit. Isles. I don't see any Cromag features in this guy at all. Has a delicate look about him.
