I think both parents are pred. White (and the white element is manifestly Iberian) if you search for their photos on net (both something like 60-70% Iberian, the rest Amerindian). Mother was adopted (but her ancestry must have been definitely Hispanic). You have a very good eye:thumb001:: she does look more typical in South America (especially Colombia) than Mexico:
