Somehow to me she looks much more like an Afro-Latina than an African American and it has to do with the type of African input I see in her. She looks like a black woman from Brazil, like Bahia or something.

Her mom is passable here, about Markle there's a good chance she wouldn't identify with black, she would either go as parda or on extreme scenario as white even. I'm not so confident she would pass as Brazilian, but meah..

Yes. The rest of us are mostly Angolans/Congo. Moçambique ancestry as well.
