I agree with everything except the borreby. I associate the borreby with more of a developed jaw (also wider and right-angled), slightly more robust and wider facial features. I think the second image of him is warped, too.

Oh, yeah, I forgot about that video. Surreal how much he looks like him. Even before I got into anthropology and started reasearching all of these different phenotypes I thought this guy was hardcore Albanian looking. His brother, Bane, could also pass pretty well for an Albo. Do you know where does their family originate from?

He is bown in Mostar. But I don't know is he native Herzegovinian. His family often moved from city to city and I suppose that his father was a military officer.
Maybe The Devil's Advocate know something about his further origin.

I know a man who looks like him and he is ordinary Serb from central Serbia. I just want to say, these individuas may be offspring of assimilated Arbanas or Vlachs from long time ago. It doesn't mean he must have recent Albanian origin. But truth is that they always are seen as bit foreign by persons of different genetic origin.
