i agree he really needs to visit Greece.
i mean that there are people like him (The metropolitan of Alexandroupolis)
he is fully Thracian half from a village in Evros and half from Kesan,Turkey (Κεσσάνη)

He looks Armenian. My idea is that even Bulgaria has more Caucasian influence than most of Greece in phenotypes.

Always found this bust of Seuthes III interesting btw. Far from the idealized Ancient Greek ones.

Well Thrace as a region had many raids and many different people.
The center of Ottoman Empire with the capitals Adrianople and Constantinople.
About Bulgarians... Greeks from Thrace can often resemble them...i would suppose most of those Greeks are from Eastern Rumelia logically
But most of Thracian Greeks lived in Eastern Thrace...and many of them can have a look that is associated with Anatolian/Constantinople Greeks i think
i would say Thracian Greeks are what Thrace as a region is compared to Greece (location): a mix of Northern and Eastern looking Greeks
