Ancestors Legacy new RTS game

Ancestors Legacy – a new RTS game by Polish studio Destructive Creations – was released on PC on 22 May 2018. One of producers of the game is Tomasz Gop (who was also the executive producer of The Witcher 2, Lords of the Fallen).

The game will have 4 playable factions in long Single Player campaign, inspired by historical events:

- Polans
- Vikings
- Anglo-Saxons
- Germans

Three Germanic factions and one Slavic. That surprises me. :)

More of a real time tactics game than what we're used to. That's a good thing btw.

By the way, the Vikings can be counted as partly-Slavic, partly-Germanic. As in the Viking campaign it also focuses on the early Rus' under Rurik. They ended up Slavified by the majority of the population living in those lands. :)
