And where does it come from. I score 1.4% Northwestern European no specific but broadly I wonder where it comes from and if its a normal yugoslav thing to have some.

My grandpa gets 2.2% NW Euro on DNA.LAND.

I get 54% on DNA.LAND, but my father is actually NW Euro, so it doesn't really count.

I dont get any on DNA Land. But I get Northern Slavic though. But not NW Euro.

It depends. I don't score on 23andMe but all other calcs and companies gave me some NW European. FtDNA gave me 10% British Isles, Myheritage also gave me 12% Irish-Welsh-Scottish, Geneplaza K29 gave me 15% Scandinavian, DNAtribes also gave me 14% NWE. They are all absurd because I have no NWE ancestry. Maybe they could be related with ancient Celtics but not sure.

Hm, I got 1.7% NW Euro on 23andme. That one feature on 23andme goes as far as saying I probably have a British Isles ancestor in the last 200-300 years or something, which doesn't make sense. Those components can get higher on the Gedmatch calculators. I haven't taken any other service's tests yet. Maybe they still have a few kinks to work out of these things.
