We have 31 milion of italians, 7 milion lebaneses and today less than 1 milion jews. But most italians descendants here are North Italians of old stock and dont look like this guy, italian brazilians dont even look italian at all. If he was from Sao Paulo city I would think he is italian or lebanese due to the large presence.
