So far all of the Greek Orthodox Levantines are among the LEAST Euro-shifted which shows they do not have any Greek ancestry.

I think he is Turkic shifted lots of East Asian/Southeast Asian in his or her results.

Were they considered Greek, identified as Greek or speak Greek?

Interesting result. Looks like Levantine Greek Christians don't differ significantly from other Levantines and especially other Levantine Christians, so hellenic influence is purely or almost purely cultural.

For the most part no, they always identified as Arabs and were Arab speakers, some of them were Hellenized though. There are even a small number of Bedouins who adhere to Greek Orthodoxy.

Because she/he is not an ethnic Greek but rather a Levantine Arab. There also had been ancient Arabian tribes like the Tayyids and the Ghassinids were also Greek othrodox christians before Muhammed's time.

The ”Greek” here is misleading as these are Arabic speakers living in Jordan Syria and the levant, identifying as Arabs.
They are as Greek as Levantine Catholics are Latin.

It used to be a thriving Hellenistic city, and the population consisted of Greeks and Syrians who were later Islamified. Nowadays they speak Arabic and identify as Christian Arabs. They have their own Patriarchate and the liturgy is in Arabic. (Greeks follow the Patriarchate of Constantinople and the liturgy is in Greek).
10% of Lebanese Christians are adherents of the Greek Orthodox Church of Antioch, which is an autocephalous Church within the wider communion of Eastern Orthodox Christianity. (But the liturgy is in Arabic)

We don't know how Romans called those who converted to Roman culture and religion, but they are not Romans.. nor people from Greek peninsula.
Same goes for those Arab speakers outside Arabia, they call themselves Arabs yet they have no Arab ancestry.. they just speak their language they are not Ishmaelite Semitic people.

Greeks and Romans allowed local cultures to thrive. Altbough Greek was the lingua Franca, the local people were free to use their own languages and practise their own customs.
There were also large communities of ethnic Greeks living in Syria, Lebanon, Egypt etc who had their own quarters. Jews had their own quarters, Syrians their own etc. This diversity and multi-culturalism was erased by the arrival of Islam.

Oh please Raine, Christians were tolerant right?
Christians were tolerant until Edict of Milan and after Constantine they have started terrorizing entire Europe with their religion.
How many people have been murdered for refusing to convert to christianity?
How many temples have been destroyed in the name of christianity?
Justinian, Theodosius, Constantine = just a few terrorists who brutally oppressed anyone who refused to convert to Christianity.
Imbecile Theodosius banned Olympic games, Pithian Games etc... Justinian crushed most beautiful temples in Hellenic world.
Even today Christians are counting days and track history not according the Hellenic traditions but only those parts that are aligned with Christianity.
and you say: "diversity and multi-culturalism was erased by the arrival of Islam."
Who saved your Orthodox religion from extinction if not Muslims?
Nobody else saved your ass but muslims.
Intolerance is a symbol of modern Greece that brutally destroyed all mosques.
