I haven’t had his dna tested yet but he’s most certainly at least half Celtic. His dad is a British/german descended American and his Moms parents were born in present day Romania (at the time Austria Hungary) but they spoke German and everyone says they were German. My DNA shows no Eastern European, but it does show a tiny bit of Jewish. Ftdna actually said 9% eastern
