There urgently needs to be mass sterilization (and birth control) in Sub-Saharan Africa if you want to know my opinion. India already does this (https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/fertility-rate-below-replacement-level-for-all-but-hindus-muslims/articleshow/62465588.cms) - millions of women voluntarily undergo the process of sterilization after one or two children. Otherwise we'll have 2 billon starving SS Africans by the middle of this century willing to go to virtually any place that's somewhat better than their own. And of course Europe also needs to close its borders and tighten immigration rules. A few mulattoes can be assimilated if there's no continuous mass migration of Negroes.

This is barely a question of genetics though.
