I picked these three states to ask you where (of the options in thread title) would each of these men individually pass best. Some would be easier for you to decide, others not so much, I believe.
I am not asking about states neighbouring Bulgaria because most would fit reasonably well in them.

2,3,6,8,10,19 have a typical Slav look so they can fit only in Poland, rest can pass in Southern Europe but won't be very typical.

3 to me looks very Slavic but there have been opinions about him being passable in Western Europe, too:

To me, apart from those mentioned by Odin, the others who would fit in The Netherlands are 2 and 10.
It's interesting to see other opinions though.

Several men in this set are typically Southern European Mediterraneans, for sure (some with other elements, too).
I don't think any of them looks like a typical Middle Easterner.
