From what I could gather those are just one of many factors that may contribute to bubble gut. The main factors are weak lower abdominal muscles due to overeating, especially transverse abdominis musles which hold organs together while other ab muscles are very heavy. And of course too little to none cardio due to being afraid they will loose muscle mass. LoL.

I didn't notice Jay having bubble gut, but I still put him in the list just as bodybuilders with bubble gut. The reason is that he just like them ruined the aesthetics of bodybuilding promoting image that looking wider than taller, overly bulky etc is beautiful etc.
