Wouldn't it make more sense for H1 to arrive in Europe with the Neolithic farmers from MENA rather than the reverse? Check out this post on Eurogenes Blog: http://eurogenes.blogspot.com/2017/09/ancient-genomes-from-neolithic-north.html. It shows that Iberians didn't arrive in North Africa until the late Neolithic.
