Yeah, there are. I wasn't sure if Cape Verde had received Indian slaves like South Africa and even parts of South America, I think.

nah they didnt receive any, they only received Italians who were with the Portuguese when they colonized Cape Verde, and also Jews, many Cape Verdeans have Sephardic Jewish ancestry

I doubt they have any non-Iberian European ancestry. They can be modeled in their Oracles as just being Iberian and SSA, which is what Cape Verdeans are.
