Because of the input that they received during their ethnogenesis and intermixing with native farmers from the region, this is found in Europeans in general so I guess Europeans are "South Asian plus European Mongrels"

No, but Yamnaya has some "Indo" related influence in form of Gedrosian admixture, thats the closest it gets to Indians in terms of genetics, they would be genetically similar to Eastern Europeans with a shift to the Caucasus

Yes, especially Szekelys. They dwelled in north Caucasian plains before migrating to Hungary, and probably assimilated some Alans.
