In what sense? That of hair and eyes? UP Europeans were originally dark-haired and dark-eyed by default. Light eyes are Late Palaeolithic/Mesolithic novelty, while light hair is an import from steppes.

Amerindians looks a lot like cro-magnon and amerindians are dark, then maybe yes
