I would see him passing realy only in Greece where he fits pretty well but in other parts of the Balkan pensinsular much lesser.

Maybe he could pass as Albanian or Romanian,but not typical i believe.

He is Dinaro-Med(in my opinion), that's not a "Balkan" specific look at all. Could pass in many places.
