Its a combination of reasons we can see in Venezuela, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.
All those countries are members of Mercosul + we are the countries with the oldest latino populations + people here have too few kids and people with high qualification that would offer good conditions to their children have even less + our pension systens are broked + our economies are very isolated from the World, mainly Brazil that is very auto sufficient and has a North Korean level of integration + our contact here is 90% with our neighboors and they are other broked countries + decades of socialist orientation + cientizens still divided in Cold War ideologies + communists made a lot of class divisions mainly in Brazil and Venezuela + poors are deeply against the productive part of the society + whites receive the guilt for everything + some services in those countries are facilited or only for acess of poor black people + poors are liberated from a lot of taxes + here in Brazil if you are middle class you only receive 65% of your salary + others 30% are lost in product taxes + you only use 35% of your money + the mainly reason that is tremendous expendituries that communist goverment made with our public account. Anyway, I love this continent, despite de chaos and decadence compared with a better past.
