Turkic people's West Mediterranean, North Atlantic and Baltic admixture?

I can be said that West Asian, East Mediterranean and South Asian admixtures come to Turkic people from Persians. On the other hand, West Mediterranean, North Atlantic and Baltic admixtures are also in considerable amounts. Where do they come from? From Slavic (Russian) invasion of Central Asia :confused:
